Right now I’m working on the 30 day shred in addition to my usual running and random exercises.
Also, I recently started going to spinning classes with my mom about once a week.

  1. LOVE IT! I love having my own exercise log too. It’s cool to look back and see what you’ve done…plus it motivates you to get up and move because I look forward to posting my day’s cardio etc.
