Empty peanut butter jar?!
You know what that means!!!
051110 002
OIAJ, Baby!
051110 004
Added Fiber One Honey Clusters cereal.  I love cereal + oatmeal + peanut butter.  Delicious.
I just added Nutella.  Oh my!  I think oatmeal just gets better with each addition!

Two of Justin’s German speaking relatives are in town, so we met up with them, Justin’s grandmother and his aunt and went out to Virginia Beach.  It was a pretty cold day yesterday so there weren’t very many people out and about.
We did drive past this hilarious sign though…
051110 001
“Try are soft shell crabs” Wow. Just wow.
051110 002
Whole wheat pasta, sweet pepper pasta sauce, artichoke hearts, a fake chicken patty (morning star), topped with fresh parmesan cheese.
051110 003
So good!

051110 001
Filet mignon + asparagus + A1.  Love love love A1 sauce 🙂
051110 004
Along with a side salad which I didn’t eat very much of.  At all.  I’m not a big fan of salads and we don’t have very good dressings to choose from right now.
051110 005
Strawberry shortcake.
051110 006
Freaking amazing.  Bisquick shortcake + sugared strawberries + homemade whipped cream.  Not so sure it can get any better than that.

051110 001
Scrambled eggs & toast.
051110 002
This loaf of bread has been sticking together pretty badly 😦
I’m really loving homemade mac & cheese right now.
051110 003
So good!

051110 001
Lexi had been sick for a few days, so I took her to the vet.  They gave her some special food and medicine and she’s all better now 🙂
051110 004
Thankfully, now I no longer have to clean up diarrhea every morning! Yay!
051110 006
Quesadilla + artichoke hearts + cheese
051110 007
Last time I tried to make this, I couldn’t get the jar of artichokes open.  It was definitely worth revisiting the idea!
051110 009
A certain someone made me green beans.  Delicious!  I’m usually a canned green bean fan but the fresh ones are so good when they’re cooked with the right flavors.

051110 001
Breakfast burrito & Cottage cheese + strawberries
051110 002
051110 004
Cheese nachos.  Nutritious? No.  Delicious? Oh yes.

Statistics exam & then…
051110 008

051110 001
These weren’t exactly what I was expecting (that’s what happens when you don’t read the description); however, they’re still yummy!
051110 002
Justin and I met up to study for our statistics exam and then went to chick fil a for dinner.
051110 006
Chicken nuggets = 🙂 happy tummy
051110 007
Waffle fries = even better

I believe that’s all for the game of catch up.  Those obviously weren’t all of my eats since my last post; however, they’re all of the ones I have pictures of.

Tonight, my mom and I are meeting up for an hour long spinning class & then we’re going to eat dinner together. I’ve been missing spinning & I’ve been missing my mom even more!  Tonight should be fun 🙂

  3. I miss you too, poodle! OK, so you aren’t a fan of salads..I know you loved the one we made last night. Loads of goodies! Not your typical salad. Love Goat Cheese!
1/2 hour spin at 5:30 if you are up to it!

  4. YAY! That’s a 3.5….you ROCK!

  5. Aw I love spin class! Have fun. That sign is so funny. I just love how smart Americans are. But who am I to judge? I’ve been guilty of stuff like that at least once in my life. 🙂
