Whipped Cream Recipe

Whipped Cream:

1 pint heavy whipping cream
1-1 1/2 big spoonfuls of sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Gradually bring speed up to “6” on kitchen aid.  Towards the end, you may bring the speed up all the way.  Let mix until stiff.

If it starts to get watery after a few days, feel free to mix until stiff again.
